In compliance with Australian consumer law, goods may be returned or exchanged if faulty, not as described or not fit for the purpose specified. We ask you to please make your claim within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns if you change your mind, choose the wrong product or size, or if items have been excessively used.

If you do not contact us to discuss your individual situation first, we may not be able to accept your return. Where a return request is accepted, you may choose between a replacement, repair or refund.

Returns must be packaged with the same level or care as the original items were sent, including adequate bubble wrap or cardboard protection. We may not be able to accept returns that are damaged during shipping due to inadequate packing. Where possible, please return items in the original packaging. For your protection, we suggest that you send your goods back using a shipping service that includes tracking.
Where a refund is granted, we will credit your original method of payment with the cost of the returned merchandise. If the refund is due to an issue fitting under Australian consumer law, we WILL refund shipping. If the refund is not an issue fitting under Australian consumer law, we WILL NOT refund freight. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Other conditions of return
We accept returns ONLY for items purchased through the Noble Outfitters Australia websites. Returns purchased from dealers and other authorised representatives need to processed at the store or business of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 72 hours of receipt of the goods.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account. Please contact us at email@example.com, if you feel that sufficient time has passed and your credit has not posted to your account.
If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot process a cancellation after your order has been shipped.
We will ensure that all packages are shipped in new condition to the address that you provide at checkout. We only ship within Australia.
